I am Evan Shatz, a student at the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.

I am a finance and real estate double major with a concentration in data analytics and visualization. In my time here at Carolina, I have taken various classes covering topics such as: real estate valuation, real estate development, private capital markets, real estate finance, and innovations in financial technology. I am currently looking for a career combining the analytical and number centric elements of finance with the tangible and project focused elements of real estate. 

I enjoy working in excel, building marketing materials, and analyzing financial data to reach investment decisions.
